The assessment is led in Belgium by the team that can later work in the code. Findings remain clear to a non-technical decision-maker and usable by a developer.

The questions we keep hearing
Can you also support me while I build with Lovable?
Yes. It is coaching and consulting: you remain in control of Lovable while KERN-IT helps frame the work, prepare requests and understand the proposed choices. We do not change or extract anything in this engagement. You can separately entrust us with a feature or the whole delivery.
I just want to leave my platform and get my code back, do you do that?
Yes. We first establish what the export actually contains. Code, functions, schema, records, files and configuration do not always follow the same path. We migrate or reconfigure only the components that need to move under your control.
How much does it cost?
The Scan starts at €1,800 excl. VAT, as a fixed fee delivered within 72 working hours. It is deducted from a subsequent Production Upgrade. Further work is scoped only after the findings are known.
How do you protect access to my app?
We request the minimum access level, read-only for the Scan whenever the platform supports it. An NDA is available and no change is made without written approval.
How do I know when a Scan becomes useful?
When a team needs to take over the code, a change becomes hard to estimate, a third party asks for assurance or usage is about to grow. The Scan is less useful while you are still exploring the idea.
My app was built with Claude Code, Codex or Antigravity. Can you audit the repository?
Yes. The Takeover Index covers 10 criteria across structure, readability, verification, documentation and evolution. The tool does not determine the score: every finding must be tied to the repository.
