Why start with a Scan
Your app works, its screens load and its core journey can be completed. The Scan does not challenge that result. It checks what a demo cannot establish: who can access the data, where the components live, how another team could take over and what happens as usage grows.
The Scan comes before any Production Upgrade or Rebuild. It separates evidence from assumptions and turns technical findings into decisions you can make.
Four areas, one connected assessment
Security. Exposed secrets, overly broad access rules, incomplete authentication and vulnerable dependencies. We check the configurations that apply to your app and tie each finding to a concrete impact.
Control and ownership. We map accounts, repository, database, authentication, files, server functions, secrets and deployment. You learn what you already control and what would require migration or reconfiguration.
Maintainability. We review code structure, dependencies, tests and documentation. The Takeover Index scores 10 criteria out of 20 to estimate the real cost of the next feature or a handover to another team.
Ability to scale. We compare the architecture with your expected usage, data volume, payments, availability requirements and infrastructure costs.
How it works
- You provide read-only access. A platform invitation or GitHub repository is normally enough. Nothing is modified.
- We examine the whole system. Automated tools support the work, but engineers read the code and establish the conclusions.
- You receive the report within 72 working hours. Each finding includes evidence, impact, priority and a recommended action.
- We review the results together. The call covers the trade-offs and questions before any decision is made.

The report does not assume more work
Findings are separated into immediate corrections, useful improvements and decisions that can wait. Some actions can be handled by you or your current team. A Rebuild must be justified by structural limits and comparative cost, not by a preference for a particular stack.

How much does the Scan cost?
The Scan starts at €1,800 excl. VAT. It is a fixed fee, delivered within 72 working hours and deducted from a Production Upgrade commissioned afterwards. We confirm any larger scope before starting.
What do I receive?
A report written for a non-technical decision-maker and usable by a developer: findings across four areas, evidence, priority, recommended actions and budget ranges. A review call is included.
Do you need access to the code?
Yes. Read-only access to the platform or GitHub repository is usually enough. This also covers projects built with Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity or another agent. We can sign an NDA, and the Scan does not modify the project.
What if the app is already in good shape?
The report confirms the safeguards already in place and separates them from any remaining improvements. The Scan does not commit you to further work.
