What happens after I send the form?

We reply within one working day. If you included an accessible URL, we use it to understand the context without pretending to audit the app from the outside. The next step may be a call, a Scan or a relevant guide.

Should I prepare anything before the first exchange?

Nothing is mandatory. The app or repository URL, the tool used and the next milestone simply help us provide a more specific response.
